Two-step program aims to support physicians in making improvements to their test follow-up processes. The Test Results Follow Up workshop is designed to help physicians build a reliable follow-up system for test results in their practice. Participants who complete this workshop are eligible to apply for the Commitment to Change (CTC) program.
