2025 QI Pilot

Welcome to CPSO’s Quality Improvement (QI) Partnership for Hospitals Pilot. Your participation and resulting feedback within the new Pilot format will help to shape the future state of the QI Program for the next 5-year cycle.

Step 1: Information Sharing Consent

While your name has been submitted by your hospital organization to enroll you in the CPSO QI Partnership Pilot, by completing the information sharing consent you are able to choose whether you would like to participate in this pilot option.

Step 2: QI Activities Selection [View]

You will need to independently complete three activities from the list of included QI activities; the choice of activities is entirely up to you.

You are welcome to complete additional activities to obtain CPD credits, to provide feedback on the menu of options within the current QI Pilot, and to inspire further QI ideas for your practice.

Step 3: QI Initiative Reflection Activity

This short 4-question activity asks you to reflect on your previous QI efforts and your understanding of the current QI initiative that you are participating in with your hospital peers.

It also serves as a helpful record of the details of your participation in the QI Partnership program – as many hospital-based physicians are engaged in more than one QI initiative with more than one hospital organization.

Final Component: Pilot Feedback

Your perspectives on the Pilot components and format are exceptionally important to us. Following the completion of Steps 1, 2, and 3, Quality Program staff will reach out to you to provide a brief feedback form to collect your valuable input.
